(CNN) — The fate of Credit Suisse could be decided in the next 24 hours after a torrid week for Switzerland’s second biggest bank.Local media reported that the Swiss cabinet had gathered for a crisis meeting at 5 p.m. local time (12 p.m. ET) Saturday to discuss the ailing bank’s future, as reports swirled of a possible takeover by its biggest Swiss rival, UBS. A spokesperson for the Swiss finance ministry declined to comment.Investors and customers pulled their money out of Credit Suisse over the past several days as turmoil swept the global banking industry following the collapse of two US lenders.Shares of the bank lost 25% over the course of the week, despite an emergency $54 billion loan from the Swiss National Bank. The Patriots have agreed to terms with core special teamer Cody Davis on a one-year deal.Former Patriots safety and newly retired Devin McCourty broke the news on Twitter.Davis has been a quality special teams player for the Patriots during the past three seasons. SAN DIEGO -- In an effort to help house San Diego's homeless population, 150 tiny homes will be built in the region, county officials said.California Governor Gavin Newsom on Thursday pledged to build more than a thousand of these accommodations to address the statewide issue of homelessness. SUPAI, Ariz. (AP) — Tourists hoping to see world famous waterfalls on the Havasupai Tribe Reservation in northern Arizona instead went through harrowing flood evacuations.The official Havasupai Tribe Tourism Facebook page reported Friday that flooding had washed away a bridge to the campground. An unknown number of campers were evacuated to Supai Village with some being rescued by helicopter.The campground is in a lower-lying area than the village of Supai. Some hikers had to camp in the village. Others who weren’t able to get to the village because of high water were forced to camp overnight on a trail. But floodwaters were starting to recede as of Saturday morning, according to the tribe’s Facebook post. Visitors with the proper permits will be allowed to hike to the village and campground. Police are investigating after two people showed up in hospital suffering from gunshot wounds on Saturday.Police say they were initially called to the area of Kingston Road and Lawrence Avenue East just before 3:30 p.m. for reports of gunshots. While they were investigating, a man in his 20s showed up at a hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Shortly thereafter a second victim showed up at a hospital also suffering from a gunshot wound. His injuries were also considered non-life threatening. CHICAGO — A coalition of African American leaders organized a forum Saturday with less than three weeks until the runoff election in Chicago.Brandon Johnson and Paul Vallas both used the forum to lay out their vision of how they would lead if they became the next mayor of Chicago.
